Pawloom Studio specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order pet portraits and personalized pieces.

Because each piece is individually created for a specific customer, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display photographs, colors, textures, dimensions, and product details accurately. However, actual appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, photography, natural materials, and the handmade process.

Examples of previous portraits shown on our website are intended to demonstrate our craftsmanship and style. Your finished piece will be created from the reference materials you provide and will be unique. Handmade portraits are artistic interpretations and may not be exact photographic replicas.

We may limit product or Service availability by customer, location, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary or required by law.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS, BILLING, AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

If we materially change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the information provided with your order. If an order is cancelled because of an error for which Pawloom Studio is responsible, any applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Reference photographs, personal pet stories, and private communications submitted solely for creating your custom portrait are not automatically treated as permission for public advertising or social media use.
