When do I send my pet photos?

After checkout, Pawloom Studio will contact you within 24 hours with instructions for sending your pet photos, pet name, personality details, and special requests.

What photos work best?

Clear front and side photos work best. Natural light, eye-level angles, and close views of markings or fur texture help the studio understand your pet more clearly.

Which size is most popular?

The 10 inch frame is marked Most Popular because it works well as an everyday display size while still giving the portrait enough presence.

How long does the portrait take to create?

Every portrait is handcrafted through a custom process. Pawloom Studio does not list a fixed production time at this stage. Please review the Shipping & Production Time page and the follow-up email after checkout for current guidance.

Can I include special details or requests?

Yes. After checkout, Pawloom Studio will ask for personality notes, favorite expressions, markings, and any meaningful details you would like the portrait to capture.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Pawloom Studio ships worldwide. Shipping options and costs may vary by destination.

Are custom portraits refundable?

Custom-made portraits are not refundable once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed issue with the order.
