5-Year Pawloom Care Program
Share Your Pawloom Portrait & Enjoy 5 Years of Complimentary Care
Your Pawloom portrait was made to stay close for years to come.
Share a photo or video of your finished portrait within 2 months of delivery, and we'll extend your complimentary care coverage to 5 years.
STEP 1
Capture Your Pawloom Moment
Take a photo or video of your finished Pawloom portrait.
It can be displayed in your home, beside your pet's photo, or together with the pet who inspired it.

STEP 2
Share It With the Pawloom Community
Post your photo or video publicly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, or another supported social platform.
Include: #PawloomStudio
and tag our official Pawloom Studio account where available.
Because the complimentary 5-year care is provided in connection with your post, please make that clear in your caption.
For example: "Sharing my Pawloom portrait as part of Pawloom Studio's complimentary 5-year care program. 🤍"
Your post does not need to be a positive review — simply share your Pawloom portrait honestly in your own way.

STEP 3
Keep Your Post Link
Once your qualifying post is live, keep a copy of the post link.
If you ever need help under your 5-Year Pawloom Care Program, simply email us with your order information and the link to your qualifying post.
We'll verify your eligibility and help you from there.
