Our Extended Warranty Program rewards customers who share their needle felted pet sculptures on social media with a free extended warranty. To participate, post a photo or video of your pet sculpture on one of the supported social media platforms using the hashtag #PawloomStudio within two months of receiving the product.
You can post your Pawloom keepsake on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Reddit. Be sure to use the hashtag #PawloomStudio and set the post to public so we can find and verify it.
If you ever need to claim your extended warranty outside the normal coverage period, just provide the link to your qualifying social media post when you reach out to us. We’ll verify the post and, if it meets the requirements, we’ll gladly extend your warranty. If you don’t need to make a claim, there’s no need to do anything else! Simply share your post within the required time limit, and enjoy peace of mind for 5 years.

Terms And Conditions
The extended warranty is valid for customers who share a public post on social media with the hashtag #PawloomStudio within two months of receiving their Pawloom keepsake products.
The post must be public and visible to us for verification purposes.
The extended warranty duration is 5 years from the date of delivery.
Pawloom Studio reserves the right to modify the terms of the Extended Warranty Program at any time, at our sole discretion. Any decisions made by Pawloom Studio regarding the program and its parameters are final and binding.
