Shipping Policy

Pawloom Studio makes custom wool pet keepsakes to order. Production time varies by product, order queue, and the level of detail required. Product pages may show an estimated turnaround time; custom commissions may require additional review before a final timeline is confirmed.

After your piece is completed and approved when applicable, we will prepare it for safe shipment and send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Shipping costs and available shipping methods are shown during checkout before payment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and any additional shipping cost.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pawloomstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item.
