Information we may collect includes your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, uploaded pet photos, custom request notes, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by Pawloom Studio.

We use customer information to fulfill orders, send order updates, request reference photos, provide support, improve the website, and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.
