We create custom wool pet portraits, framed portraits, miniature keepsakes, ornaments, and memorial pieces inspired by your pet’s photos and story.
How do I send pet photos?
For ordinary orders, we will contact you after checkout if additional reference photos are needed. For The Forever Home, please submit the commission request form before any payment is collected.
How long does a custom order take?
Turnaround time depends on the product, detail level, and current order queue. Product pages show estimated timelines where available, and we will contact you if a custom request needs additional review.
Can I pay a deposit?
Some custom products support a 50% deposit option. The final balance is due when the custom piece is complete and ready to ship.
