By using Pawloom Studio and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Pawloom Studio sells custom wool pet memorials, custom pet keepsakes, and related handmade products.

Custom products are made based on the photos, options, and notes provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing clear reference photos and accurate order information. Handmade pieces may have natural variations because each item is created individually.

Prices, availability, production timelines, and shipping options may change. Payment is collected at checkout for ordinary products. Commission or inquiry-based products may require a separate review before payment or production begins.
