Return & Refund Policy

Because Pawloom Studio products are custom handmade items created from each customer’s pet photos and personal details, most custom orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawloomstudio.com. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel and refund the order. If production has started, cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the work already completed.

For approved deposit orders, the deposit secures your production spot and may be non-refundable once work has begun. The remaining balance is due before shipment, after the final piece is completed and ready to ship.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a clear issue with the order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.
